Operation and maintenance of drying tower

_The drying efficiency of the drying tower depends largely on the quality of the combustion chamber. Therefore, during the operation of the drying tower, special attention must be paid to the combustion chamber, blower and dust collection equipment.
Ignite the oven one hour before starting the drying tower. Check all accessory equipment, including all transmission parts and supporting and towing parts of the drying tower, should be tightened, normal, slippery and reliable before driving.
(1) Before igniting the furnace, check the furnace, grate, feeding device, combustion chamber, slag in the pit, furnace door, air duct, regulating valve, blower, dust collector, etc.
(2) Before opening the drying tower, check the fuel, tools and transmission support device to lubricate all bearings and friction surfaces.
(3) The step of starting the drying tower is to start the motor of the dryer first, then start the wet material conveying equipment, and then start the dry material conveying equipment to form a continuous and uniform operation procedure.
_During the operation of the drying tower, the temperature of the bearings in each part should be checked frequently. The temperature should not exceed 50 C. The sound response of the gears should be stable. There should be no obvious impact, vibration and transmission in the transmission, support and cylinder rotation. The inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment should also be done regularly. The contents should include:
(1) All bolt fasteners should not be loosened.
(2) We should pay attention to the contact between rollers and gears and tugboats.
(3) Windshield, gear cover should not have wing cracks and friction damage.
(4) All parts should be lubricated according to the following table.
