The shortboard of dryer for increasing grain production should be repaired in time this year
Release Time:2016-6-28 13:42:59

Too much excess water, all cheaply sold to cooperatives, only half the protection price.

At the end of May, 36.75 million mu of wheat was harvested from south to north. Influenced by continuous rainy and rainy weather, the progress of various places is obviously slower than that of the perennial period. However, compared with the snatch harvest, the excessive moisture content of wheat caused by continuous rains and clouds makes farmers more anxious. According to the regulations, the water content of wheat is not higher than 12.5% in Toyota purchasing. Reporter interviews found that the recent harvest of wheat far below this standard.
In Chengguan Town, Lujiang County, more than 1,000 mu of wheat has been harvested by Mr. Ge, a family farmer. He told reporters that many large grain producers, including him, had more than 25% water content in wheat this year and could not be sold at grain stations at all. According to the president of Zaofeng Agricultural Machinery Co-op in Yuan District of Luan City, the moisture content of wheat harvested by the co-op is 27% to 28%.
Unqualified water means that farmers can not enjoy the policy of purchasing grain from Tokyo. This will undoubtedly affect farmers'grain income under the current situation of weak grain prices and weak market purchases and sales.
Reporters learned that the state-owned grain station in the implementation of the Tokyo purchase, water content exceeding the standard will be deducted, too high, then do not buy. Huang Gang, director of the regulation and Control Department of the provincial grain bureau, told reporters that most grain stations in our province are not equipped with drying equipment except for a few modern grain depots. "If damp wheat is collected, there is no place to dry even if it is sunny. It will start to mildew in one day and germinate in 36 hours at most."
At present, some farmers who have harvested wheat choose drying services and then go to grain stations to sell them, while most of them sell directly to large households or cooperatives with drying equipment at a discount. The reporter visited and learned that the price of wheat exceeding the water standard was lowered to 0.5 yuan to 0.8 yuan per kilogram. "Too much excess water, all cheaply sold to cooperatives, only half the protection price." Wengdun Township, Jin'an District, a large grain producer told reporters that no dryer, encounter this kind of weather, high output will lose money.

The dryer is too important to be afraid of rainy and cloudy days.

Weather is bad, and some big grain growers, cooperatives and family farms with drying equipment are comfortable and even profitable.
In Mingquan Agricultural Machinery Co-op, Wengdun Township, Jinan District, Lu'an City, the reporter saw that in the spacious drying workshop, a dryer was roaring, forklifts were busy transporting piled wheat to the machine, and two workers were using shovels to deliver wheat to the dryer. Since this is the first time that the dryer has been installed, two technicians from the manufacturer are instructing on the spot. "Seven or eight hours later, the dried wheat will be sent out by conveyor belt and loaded into transport trucks and transported to warehouses for storage." The president told reporters.
In the warehouse, the reporter grabbed a handful of dried wheat, the grain was full, dry and refreshing, in sharp contrast to the slightly damp wheat outside. President Qin said that the dryer just purchased by the cooperative last year was of great use to the wheat harvest this year. "Starting on May 25, it has been operating at full capacity and has dried 3 million kilograms of wheat. My machine can guarantee nearly half of the wheat drying in the whole country.
In addition to meeting their own needs, cooperatives also carry out contemporary drying services. "Every 100 kilograms of wheat is charged 4 yuan for drying. The cost is about 2 yuan, which is profitable." It is understood that five households in Wengdun Township have purchased dryers, which together can basically meet the needs of wheat drying in the whole town.
Similarly, in Yuan District of Luan City, more than 1500 mu of wheat has been basically purchased by Mr. Wang, a cooperative, and all the wheat has been dried and stored. In addition, the cooperative also purchased the surrounding retail wheat at a price of about 0.8 yuan per kilogram and sold it after drying. "The dryer is too important. With it, you will never be afraid of rainy and cloudy days." Mr. Wang proudly told reporters.
With the improvement of weather, the main wheat producing areas of northern Anhui entered the harvest peak. According to the relevant person in charge of the provincial agricultural machinery bureau, with the increase of the number of harvesting machinery, especially the increase of crawler harvesters, even in this year's adverse weather, the harvest can be completed with good intervals. Data show that on June 4, the province harvested 5.07 million mu of wheat a day. Experts pointed out that with the rapid development of agricultural mechanization level of farming and harvesting, drying has become the weakest link in the whole mechanization of wheat production.

There is a big gap in dryer, mainly due to land and capital.

Huang Qiuyun, deputy director of the Planting Bureau of the Provincial Agricultural Commission, said that in the past, one household planted several hundred to thousands of mu, and now large households planted hundreds to thousands of mu, the proportion of scale management increased, and the problem of crop drying became increasingly prominent. Even without rainy days, the problem of large households having nowhere to dry is becoming more and more serious. "Drying links directly affect the quality of grain and become an important part of improving the quality of agricultural supply."
It is understood that because of the stronger demand for rice drying, the drying equipment in the southern rice area along the Yangtze River in our province has developed rapidly, while in the northern wheat area of Anhui Province, it is relatively slow, and there are few large farmers with drying equipment. But that is changing. "In recent years, the drying equipment of maize and wheat in northern Anhui has grown rapidly, so we should focus on guiding the development." Huang Qiuyun said.
"Dryer gap is large, the main reason is in land and funds." Xinhua, director of Lu'an Agricultural Machinery Bureau, said that in particular, the construction land of drying plant could not be obtained. This problem needs to be solved jointly by relevant departments. In addition, the insufficient funds of subsidies for agricultural machinery purchase also lead to the farmers who have purchasing intention in a wait-and-see state.
"Of course, we know that drying equipment is important, but the cost is too high to be cost-effective." Lingbi County grain farmers told reporters that grain prices in recent years are not good, if there is no subsidy support, it is not cost-effective to buy dryers. According to Sheng Hai, director of the Finance Department of the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Bureau, drying equipment has been included in the list of subsidies for purchasing machines, but the funds are limited and subsidies can not be opened.
Reporters learned that Jiangsu and other provinces put out funds to superimpose subsidies on drying equipment, improving the subsidy rate, the effect is good. In Wuhu, the municipal finance has allocated certain funds to open subsidies for drying equipment and mobilized the enthusiasm of various new business entities. The ownership of dryers in Yuan District is at a high level in the whole province, which is mainly due to the support of provincial financial projects.
It is understood that in 2013, Yuan District and other two counties and districts in our province were given 10 million yuan of funds, dedicated to supporting the development of grain drying equipment. "In Yuan District, large grain-growing households with more than 2,000 mu of land transferred can be supported." Yuan District Bureau of Agricultural Machinery responsible person told reporters that each household about 400,000 yuan of funds, building drying depot, buying machinery, and allocated to the drying depot construction land, "equal to each household without spending money can get a drying depot." Under the stimulation of this policy, more than 30 dryers were added in Yuan District in that year. At present, the proportion of grain drying in Yuan District is more than half.
Niu Yunsheng, director of the Planting Bureau of the Provincial Agricultural Commission, said that from the actual situation, the development of drying equipment should focus on large households, cooperatives and family farms, focusing on the development of small and medium-sized equipment, based on meeting their own needs while serving the surrounding farmers.
