In order to further promote the development of agricultural mechanization, Hefei has initially formulated the Implementation Plan of Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Project in Hefei. According to the Implementation Plan, Hefei will establish a national agricultural mechanization demonstration zone to comprehensively upgrade the level of agricultural machinery equipment, operation, science and technology, service and safety. By 2017, the total power of agricultural machinery will reach 4.7 million kilowatts, and agricultural mechanization will basically be realized in one third of counties and cities; by 2020, it will reach 5.2 million kilowatts, and the whole city will basically realize agricultural mechanization.

  During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Hefei will set up a national agricultural mechanization demonstration zone, increase support for agricultural mechanization development policy, earnestly implement the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery purchase, encourage and guide social and non-governmental capital to increase investment in agricultural mechanization, and optimize the structure of agricultural equipment. Strengthen the development strength of agricultural mechanization and improve the level of modern equipment of agricultural machinery. We will vigorously promote agricultural machinery and agronomic integration, widely promote new agricultural machinery such as transplanting seedlings, plant protection and drying, and new agricultural mechanization technologies such as deep tillage, subsoiling and conservation tillage, so as to speed up the whole process of mechanization of grain production. We should foster and strengthen new agricultural machinery service organizations, vigorously promote "nine generations" socialized service models, such as generation breeding, generation farming, generation planting and generation harvesting, and promote moderate scale operation of agriculture. Strengthen the supervision of agricultural machinery safety, deepen the establishment of "safe agricultural machinery" activities, and build a long-term mechanism of agricultural machinery safety supervision.
_According to the Implementation Plan, Hefei will focus on optimizing the structure of agricultural machinery and equipment, promoting the mechanization of grain and oil production, promoting high-efficiency agricultural mechanization, implementing the project of improving soil fertility, cultivating the main body of agricultural machinery socialization service, strengthening the supervision and management of agricultural machinery production safety, strengthening the construction of agricultural machinery personnel and promoting it. "Internet +" agricultural machinery management information process and other 8 aspects of work, to comprehensively enhance the level of agricultural mechanization development.
_In promoting the whole process of mechanization of grain and oil production, Hefei will promote the construction of rice seedling-raising plants, promote high-performance transplanting machinery and its supporting technologies, accelerate the pace of mechanized transplanting throughout the county, promote mechanized planting and harvesting of rapeseed with high-yield cultivation techniques, and improve the coordination of agricultural machinery and agronomy of oil. Mechanization technology system of vegetable production; development of complete set of grain drying equipment, promotion of efficient plant protection machinery, improve the mechanization level of weak links in grain production.
_In promoting efficient agricultural mechanization, Hefei will focus on key industries such as vegetable, horticulture, animal husbandry, aquatic products and the development of superior and efficient agriculture, focusing on the promotion of pastoral management, tea production, flower seedling transplantation, vegetable seedling and sowing, fish pond oxygen enrichment and feeding, livestock and poultry automatic feeding, fecal treatment, agricultural products. New machinery, such as fresh-keeping, should be demonstrated and popularized in agricultural mechanization of characteristic industries.
