June 03: National Weather Forecast for the Next Three Days
There will be high temperature weather in North China, Huanghuai and other places.
Severe convective weather in Huanghuai and other places in Northeast China
I. Heavy Rainfall in Some Areas of Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan and Other Areas to Medium Rainfall in Some Areas of Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Liaoning
Yesterday, heavy rainstorms fell along the coasts of central and southern Fujian, central and southwestern Guangdong, and southern Hainan Island. Fujian Putian, Guangdong Yangjiang and Hainan Dongfang were 100-165 mm, with the maximum hourly rainfall of 70-90 mm in the above-mentioned areas. It rained moderately in southeastern Inner Mongolia, central Jilin and central Liaoning, with heavy rains in some areas. Local rainstorms or heavy rainstorms (100-123 mm) in Changchun, Jilin, and other places; 15-28 mm in parts of Yili, Xinjiang; 2-8 mm in south-central and northeastern Beijing; 9-15 mm in Chaoyang, Tongzhou and Fangshan, and 16.8 mm in Fozizhuang, Fangshan.
II. Key Weather Forecast
1. There will be high temperature weather in North China, Huanghuai and other places.
From June 3 to 5, high temperatures of 35 to 40 degrees Celsius will occur successively in parts of southern North China, Huanghuai, southern Shaanxi and southern Xinjiang Basin.
It is estimated that the highest temperature in Henan, Shandong, central and southern Hebei, southern Beijing, northern Jiangsu and Anhui, western Hubei, Northwestern Hunan, Chongqing, northeastern Guangxi and Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province will be 35-37 C during the daytime on June 3. The highest temperature in some parts of Henan, north-central Shandong, southwestern Shandong and northwestern Hubei will be 35-37 C. It can reach 38-40 C. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue yellow warning of high temperature on June 3 at 0600 (see Fig. 1).

2. Strong convective weather in Huanghuai and other places in Northeast China
The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a strong convective blue warning at 0600 hours on June 3. It is expected that there will be 8-10 thunderstorms or hailstorms in south-central Jilin, northern Liaoning, southern Shandong, Eastern and southern Henan, northern Anhui and Northern Hubei from 08:00 on June 3 to 08:00 on June 4; southern Yunnan, southwestern Guangxi, southern Guangdong, Eastern Fujian, Eastern Hainan Island, Eastern Inner Mongolia and Eastern Jilin. Short-term heavy rainfall will occur in some areas of central and southern Liaoning, northern and Eastern Liaoning, southern Shandong, Eastern and southern Henan and Northern Hubei, with an annual precipitation of 20-40 mm and local precipitation of more than 50 mm.
It is predicted that the main influencing periods of strong convective activities in Northeast China are from afternoon to midnight today; the main influencing periods of strong convective activities in Huanghuai and Jianghan are from afternoon to midnight today; and the short-term heavy precipitation in eastern Jiangnan and southern China are mainly in daytime today (see figs. 2 and 3).

3. Strong rainfall will occur in the southern region.
From June 5 to June 6, heavy rainfall will occur in the southern region from west to East and from north to south. In the eastern part of Sichuan Basin, Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan and the north and south parts of China, there are successively heavy rainstorms, among which there are heavy rainstorms in Jianghan, Jianghuai, southern Huanghuai and Northern and southern parts of the Yangtze River, which are accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and other severe convective weather.
3. Specific forecast for the next three days
From 08:00 on June 3 to 08:00 on June 4, moderate to heavy rains occurred in parts of southeastern Inner Mongolia, the middle and eastern part of Northeast China, the Yili Valley of Xinjiang, southwestern Qinghai, most of Fujian, southwestern Yunnan, south-central China and Hainan Island. Heavy rains (50-90 mm) occurred in parts of Liaodong Peninsula and southeastern coastal areas of Guangdong Province. 。 The South Xinjiang basin, Eastern Xinjiang, Hexi Gansu and other parts of the region have 4 to 6 levels of wind and above (see Fig. 4).

From 08:00 on June 4 to 08:00 on June 5, moderate to heavy rains occurred in parts of Eastern Jilin, southeastern Northwest China, northern Sichuan Plateau, Eastern Southwest China and most of South China. Heavy rains occurred in parts of southeastern Gansu, central Sichuan Basin, western Chongqing, northwest Guizhou, northern Guangxi and southwestern Guangdong. Local heavy rain (100-110 mm). The Eastern Inner Mongolia, western Liaoning, southern Xinjiang basin and Eastern Xinjiang, Gansu Hexi, Shaanxi, northern Hebei, Eastern Henan and other parts of the region have 4 to 6 levels of wind (see figure 5).

From 08:00 on June 5 to 08:00 on June 6, there were moderate to heavy rains in the southeastern part of Northwest China, the southern part of North China, most of the Huanghuai River, the western part of the Yangtze River and Huaihe River, Jianghan, the middle and northern part of the Yangtze River, the eastern part of the southwestern part and the Southern part of China. Among them, southern Henan, southwestern Anhui, most of Jianghan, Northwestern Hunan, Northwestern Jiangxi and central Guizhou. Heavy rains or torrential rains (100-160 mm) occur in parts of the region. Some areas of Inner Mongolia, Eastern Xinjiang, Central and Southern Gansu, Northern Shaanxi, Southern Shanxi, Southern Henan and Eastern Jianghan have 4 to 6 wind levels and above (see Fig. 6).

IV. Impacts and Concerns
1. Concern about the changes of the southern rainbelt, especially the possible mountain torrent geological hazards, small and medium-sized river floods caused by the heavy rainfall process on June 5-6 and 8-10, as well as the adverse effects of severe convective weather;
2. Rainfall is frequent in Northeast China and Eastern Inner Mongolia, and the adverse effects of severe convective weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, hail and short-term heavy rainfall are concerned.
3. Concern about the rainy weather in northern and Western Xinjiang, and the possible disasters such as mountain torrents, landslides and debris flows;
4. High temperature and thunderstorm days in southern North China, Huanghuai and Jianghan
